The Company safeguards its personal information and corporate intellectual property and computer records by taking the following measures to enhance security.

• Inventory information collection
• Non-standard software installation prohibition
• Device management
• Installation of integrated IT management software including alerts and malware countermeasures

As a measure to raise employees' awareness of information security,we have implemented the following: 

• Basic computer security education for all employees in Japan
• Malware countermeasures such as disguised training e-mails and educational videos posted on company bulletin board

In addition, we are operating a system to strictly enforce procedures for physically removing information from computers and to provide back up measures to assure the risk of loss of information is mitigated.
