Hosokawa Micron PSIRT is the contact point for handling cybersecurity vulnerabilities discovered in Hosokawa Micron products based on the CRA (Cyber Resilience Act).

Hosokawa Micron PSIRT will work with development and related departments to verify reported vulnerabilities and will do its best to take prompt and appropriate countermeasures.
We will also take great care to ensure that reporters do not suffer any disadvantage as a result of reporting a vulnerability.
When submitting your report, please include the following information to the extent possible:

• Name of the affected product
• Machine number, serial number, or order number
• Description of the vulnerability
• Potential impact of the vulnerability
• Steps or information necessary to reproduce the issue
• Reporter's contact information

In principle, we will confirm receipt within 5 business days. Please note that response times may be longer on Saturdays, Sundays, public holidays, during the New Year holidays, summer holidays, etc.
Please also refrain from disclosing the reported content to the public until our company has implemented or announced a fix or mitigation measure.
