Mechanofusion is the technology used for the creation of new functional materials, by applying mechanical energy. Mechano-chemical reactions create particles with new properties. There are two kind of suitable systems for pharmaceutical applications, the MINI(100ml) and LAB (1L). This is effective for functionalizing pharmaceutical medicines, to control dissolution rates, absorbing moisture , oxidation prevention, bitter taste masking, DDS, etc.
