Turbulizer TX

General

The TURBULIZER is a continuous high speed mixer used for agglomerating solid, homogenizing, de-agglomerating. It mixes powdered materials with multiple paddles that rotate at a high speed in a cylindrical vessel. The TURBULIZER mixes two or more types of powdered materials fed at a specified rate. It can also produce product in liquid form by evenly adding either a small quantity or a large amount of liquid, and also heating and cooling can be made while processing.

Typical applications

TCX and TX series are suitable for (i) mixing of biscuit materials, materials for bread, cake mixes (dispersion of shortening), gluten (dispersion of syrup), other blended food materials, pasta production, feeds, starch, drugs and medicines, dye stuff, pigments, cosmetics, CMC, calcium carbonate (coating of stearic acid), titanium oxide, ammonium nitrate, rubber latex, plastics, etc. and (ii) crushing, adding liquid to, coloring, dispersion, heating and cooling of agglomerates.
