Mixing
Mixing is the one of important powder processing operations to agitate two or more different types of powder into a homogeneous powder. Sometimes a certain quantity of liquid or oil is added to the mixture during the mixing operation. There are multiple types of mixing applications. For example, there is (i) moderate mixing for lot adjustment, blending of plural types of powder, and (ii) surface modification by filling different type of fine particles onto the surface of the mother particles. A wide variety of mixers have been designed for optimum functionality in a variety of applications.
