Fluidised Bed Opposed Jet Mill AFG

General

The AFG fluidised bed opposed jet mill utilizes opposed jet air collision. The mill possesses a high performance grinding mechanism for colliding material to material. A highly efficient built-in classifier allows ultra fine grinding without any over-grinding. Due to its multi-wheel classifier design, scale-up problems are eliminated in the ultra fine range. Its unique design proves extremely durable with minimal wear of the mill making it ideal for processing highly abrasive materials. Because temperature rise is very restricted, this jet mill can easily be applied to heat sensitive materials, such as toner and wax.
