Nibbler NBS

General

The Nibbler is a disintegrator. It is suited to disintegrate soft lumps or agglomerates formed in drying or filtering processes, solidified lumps during storage etc. By adjusting the screen size, the disintegration can be achieved in the sizes rage of a few millimeters up to several hundred microns. After feeding the raw material, the particles are ground by shear and cutting forces. Changing screens is simple, and easy to make adjustments to achieve particle sizes between 0.5-10mm.
