General

The Torusdisc is a high-performance indirect heat type dryer with a single spindle. The heat transfer area is large and the discs provide about 85% of the total heating surface. Other heating surfaces are the rotor shaft and the inner wall of the jacketed vessel trough. The unit is ideal for raw materials such as resin, coal, pesticide and starch .The unit can be used for heating and cooling.
