General

The Solidaire is a high-performance continuous indirect type dryer. Drying is performed by agitating paddles that rotate at high speeds in combination with a heating jacket . The raw materials are beaten by a paddle and advance while rotating along the inside casing. Drying efficiency is high because the heat from a jacket is transmitted. Residence time is short, and solvent collection is possible. The unit is ideal for resin, chemicals, dyes, pigment, and drying of food products . It can also be used for cooling.
