Drymeister DMR

General

The Drymeister utilizes hot air or gas as the drying media. It is ideal for producing dry fine powders with uniform particle size distributions in a single step. Heat is basically transferred into the product by the flow of gas to evaporate solvents and volatiles. Based on the application, either hot air ( directly heated by gas burning or through a heat exchanger) or nitrogen ( closed loop for explosive materials or superheated steam for higher capacities and the sterilization of products) can be used.
