Generally, super fine particles have bad flowability. The light bulk density makes a larger volume and this makes dispersion more difficult. The agglomerating process improves these characteristics of powder by one of the following methods; compacting, wet agglomeration, extrusion, or dispersing agglomeration is applied depend on the purpose.

The most suitable agglomeration process should be selected for each purpose for example; improvement of solubility for instant food, giving the sustained release for agricultural chemical, or improvement of dispersibility for carbon black, etc. We offer various agglomerating machines for satisfying these requests. The guideline and chart for choosing the proper process is shown below.
