Summary
The dust collector using filter bag with cleaning mechanism by the Pulse jet method indicates high dust collection efficiency and can be operated stably and continuously. Until now, this dust collector has been used in various fields. However, the problem is the risk of exposure for the worker with dust while changing filters. It has been required to reduce the risk of the exposure and ensure the safety of workers, while changing the filters. This demand is specific from the industries handling hazardous material such as pharma active ingredient and highly active chemicals.
The Bag In-Bag Out Pulsjet Collector (BBP) is the dust collector of the Pulse jet cleaning type with the high safety that the possibility of exposure to the dust is minimized, when the filter is changed.
Features
High safety of work
With BBP structure ("push-push" type exchanging the filter), the bag changing work in the dust side was reduced and the risk of the exposure could be lower than conventional technology.
Small install area
Side removal filter orientation saves the installation height.
Wet in place (WIP, Possible to be washed with water in BBP)
The spray nozzle in BBP can be installed to wet the filter for safely bag exchange.
High dust collection performance
High dust collection is accomplished by cartridge filter of pleats type with the large filtration area.
